Islamabad, December 11, 2022 (PPI-OT): Chairman CDA Captain (Retd) Muhammad Usman Yunus called an emergency meeting on Saturday in which Writ Petition No. 3320/22 Islamabad against Sector H-17 Societies planning to implement the order of the High Court, issued instructions to the BCS Environment and specially gave the DG Enforcement a special task to ensure the orders of the High Court. In the light of the meeting, a mega operation was organized under the leadership of Member Planning, DG, Director and Police Reserve participated fully in this operation.
The operation started with heavy machinery under the supervision of Member Planning CDA. In this operation, the DPC of about 200 plots of Zimar, Amar, Chinar and Barak societies and dozens of houses and boundary walls were demolished and 4000 kanals of land were destroyed. On this occasion, Member Plang said that in the future also the orders of the court will be obeyed and the defense of CDA land will continue.
Similarly, the sector development work in Sector I-14/2 had been stopped for a long time due to which the roads being constructed were stalled and about 300 feet were occupied by the local servant, which Chairman Capt. (Retd.) Mohammad Usman Yunus directed the DG Enforcement to go to the spot and resolve the issue. Under the supervision and leadership of DG Enforcement, the occupation was thwarted by starting construction work on a 300 feet road with the help of heavy machinery with the help of Magistrate CDA. Appreciating him, he expressed his desire to free the government land from the clutches of the mafia with the same enthusiasm in the future.
