Islamabad, October 17, 2022 (PPI-OT):Capital Development Authority has allotted 103 government houses. This allotment was done on the basis of general waiting list. The services of NADRA were also engaged to ensure transparency in the allotment process. According to the general waiting list, this was the fourth Balloting of government houses by NADRA.

According to the details, 45 houses of a category, 26 of B category, 18 of C category and 4 of D category houses are included in computerized balloting while 9 government houses have been allotted in E category. These government houses were allotted in Sector G-6, G-7, G-8, G-9, G-10, G-11 including F-6. In this way, a total of 103 government houses were allotted.

The administration of Capital Development Authority made the allotment of all government houses according to the general waiting list to ensure transparency, the list of all categories was also uploaded on the CDA website, with the approval of Chairman Capital Development Authority Captain (Retd) Muhammad Usman Yunus, a committee headed by Director Law was also established to remove the objections of the general waiting list.

Director HRD I, II and DF 2 were also part of this committee, who did full scrutiny of those who submitted objections on this general waiting list and gave an opportunity to the affected employees and officers to be heard and after that, General list was finalized after a complete scrutiny of the waiting list. The draw was held at the CDA headquarters on Friday.

The draw was conducted under the supervision of NADRA experts. Officials of CBA were also present on this occasion. Chairman Capital Development Authority said that work will continue to be done for the welfare of the officers and employees working in the organization and provision of all facilities to them is among the top priorities of the current administration.
