Alamabad Welfare Complex is the Largest Welfare Project of its Kind in KPK: NA Speaker

Islamabad, September 29, 2021 (PPI-OT):Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser said that giving priority to the poor, destitute and oppressed sections of the society and providing those equal rights is the prime responsibility of the government. He said that Alamabad Welfare complex is the largest and unique project of its kind in Swabi, the completion of which would rehabilitate the poor, needy, and middle class in Swabi and adjoining areas.

He expressed these views during a meeting with, Managing Director, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Zaheer Abbas Khokhar and former Air Chief Marshal Mr. Sohail Aman at Parliament House, Islamabad on Wednesday. Speaker Asad Qaiser said that the role of Pakistan Air Force and Rashid Memorial Trust in the establishment of Alamabad Welfare Complex Swabi was commendable.

The Speaker further said that the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal would provide free medical treatment to the poor and would provide education and health to the orphans in Pakistan Sweet Homes. He also said that the provision of such basic and essential services is of utmost importance.

Managing Director Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Zaheer Abbas Khokhar and former retired Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman praised the efforts of Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser for the rehabilitation of orphans, widows and middle class.

Former Air Chief Sohail Aman said that due to the special interest of the Speaker National Assembly, the completion of Alamabad Welfare Complex is in the final stage which will be inaugurated soon. He said that the establishment of Alamabad Welfare Complex in Swabi would prove to be an important milestone for the rehabilitation of the poor, orphans and middle class in the province including Swabi.

He said that with the completion of this project, poor and orphaned children will be trained in diverse skills to work in various walks of life including education so that they will be able to live their lives as dignified citizens in the society.
