AJK PM says Indian state terrorism cannot suppress Kashmiris’ freedom movement

Muzaffarabad, October 06, 2022 (PPI-OT):The Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan, has called for solution of the Kashmir dispute in line with the UN resolutions as future of millions of people of South Asia was inescapably linked to the Kashmir conflict.

The AJK Prime Minister in a statement deplored that the RSS-influenced Narendra Modi-led Indian regime was resorting to the worst state terrorism to suppress the Kashmiris’ legitimate struggle for securing their right to self-determination. He said that India must remember the fact that it will never succeed to intimidate the Kashmiri people into submission by the dint of force.

Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan said the shutdown observed in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on the visit of Indian Home Minister Amit Shah amply demonstrates the Kashmiris’ commitment and allegiance to the noble cause of freedom and their outright rejection of India’s illegal unilateral actions on Kashmir.

He maintained that the people of IIOJK have time and again made it absolutely clear to India that the economic packages announced by it cannot be an alternative to the right to self-determination guaranteed to them by the international community. The AJK Prime Minister urged the world community to force India to stop its state terrorism in IIOJK and resolve the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the Kashmiris’ aspirations.
