Muzaffarabad, October 04, 2023 (PPI-OT): Shahidur Rehman, a learned man from Neelam Valley, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, has won the UNESCO International Literacy Prize of the year 2023.
Shahidur Rehman is the Executive Director of The Himalayan Literacy Network (THLN).
This literacy project has been included among the top best six literacy projects of the world.
