Adviser to Sindh Chief Minister Directs Enhanced Support for Small Cattle Owners

Karachi: Syed Najmi Alam, Adviser to the Chief Minister of Sindh on Livestock and Fisheries, has issued directives to livestock officers to prioritize the needs of small-scale cattle owners in the region, acknowledging their dependence on livestock for livelihood. The directives were given during a key meeting with additional directors of livestock, aiming to improve service delivery and department performance through collaborative efforts and strategic planning.

According to Chief Minister Sindh’s office, Alam expressed his commitment to the small cattle owners, emphasizing the significance of their contributions to the agricultural sector. He called for written suggestions from additional directors to incorporate into a long-term 20-year development plan for the department. The meeting also served as a platform for additional directors to provide feedback and reaffirm their dedication to enhancing departmental operations under Alam’s leadership, aligning with the party’s broader goals of serving the poor and managing livestock effectively.
