Lahore, May 11, 2022 (PPI-OT):Additional IG BA Nasir took over as Additional IG Punjab Highway Patrol. As soon as he took charge, he met the officers stationed at the headquarters and got briefing on departmental matters. According to details, the newly appointed Additional IG PHP BA Nasir was earlier serving as Additional IG Special Branch. Additional IG BA Nasir while presiding over the meeting directed the officers and personnel to perform their duties diligently, dutifully and honestly.

He directed all the officers and personnel to spare no effort for the protection of life and property of the people and service and safety of the passengers as per the PHP’s commitment to safe highways, safe people. He said that under the policy of IG Punjab, measures would be taken against corruption under the zero-tolerance policy while any kind of negligence in the discharge of professional duties would not be tolerated.
