Srinagar, June 11, 2022 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Awami Action Committee (AAC) has expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of Alhaaj Siraj-ud-Din Qalandar, Sajjadah Nasheen of Dargah Hazrat Syed Shah Sadiq Qalandar Naqshbandi (RA), and father of Syed Shakeel Qalandar, a renowned businessman and leading member of Kashmir Civil Society.

The AAC on behalf of the organisation and its leadership, especially the incarcerated Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, termed the demise of Syed Siraj-ud-Din Qalandar as a big loss and paid rich tributes to his religious, milli and social services. A large number of locals along with many key officials and workers of the Awami Action Committee attended the funeral prayers of Syed Siraj-ud-Din Qalandar.
