Srinagar, February 03, 2022 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Awami Action Committee (AAC) has expressed grief over the demise of several renowned personalities in Srinagar. A mong the deceased personalities include Nisar Ahmad Pandit of Mirza Kamil, Hawal, who was also the close relative of the Anjuman Nusrat-ul-Islam General Secretary Muhammad Altaf Butt.
The AAC also expressed sorrow over the demise of founding editor of the daily Srinagar News Merajuddin Wani; former officer of Kashmir University Bashir Ahmad Qadri who was the son-in-law of Khwaja Nooruddin Pandit and the wife of Ali Muhammad Najar.
The AAC in a statement paid homage to all these personalities for their various services to the Kashmiri community. It expressed condolences with all the bereaved families. The AAC, on behalf of its incarcerated Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq expressed condolence and solidarity with all the bereaved family members.
