Pakistan and U.S. Aim to Bolster Ties Through Congressional Talks

Islamabad: Pakistan and the United States have committed to enhancing and expanding their bilateral relations following a meeting between Pakistan’s Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch and a U.S. Congressional delegation in Islamabad.

The discussions took place on Saturday, as a group of visiting U.S. Congressmen, including Jack Bergman, Tom Suozzi, and Jonathan Jackson, engaged in talks with Pakistani officials.

The focus of the meeting was to explore areas of mutual interest and identify opportunities for collaboration, as both nations expressed a desire to deepen their partnership.

According to Radio Pakistan, the discussions underscored the importance of strengthening the ties between the two countries, with an emphasis on broadening cooperation in various sectors.

The visit marks a continuation of diplomatic engagements aimed at fostering a closer relationship between Pakistan and the United States.
