Islamabad, August 03, 2022 (PPI-OT):The 58th meeting of Capital Development Authority DWP was held at CDA Headquarters under the chairmanship of Chairman CDA in which officers from relevant departments participated. Several projects were presented for approval in the meeting, which were approved after a detailed review.
According to the details, the Nilor Heights revision plan was approved in the CDADWP meeting. One part of the Nellore Heights project is low-cost and the other is high-end. The high cost category will cost Rs 7000 per square foot. The project is being completed by FWO which was approved by the Federal Cabinet. Similarly, the bus service project for the entire city of Islamabad was also approved in the meeting. It will cost Rs 7240.62 million.
This project will help in fulfilling future travel facilities in Islamabad. In this regard, 8 different routes were approved. Moreover, the meeting approved the creation of Margalla Hill Sanctuary Park Islamabad by eliminating the reservations of the Planning Commission, which is a collaboration of IWMB for the care and protection of rare animals and birds in Islamabad city. Will be made from which the administrative affairs will be with IWMB. Also in the meeting at Capital Hospital.
Capital Medical College was also approved to hire consultants for building Capital Medical College Islamabad. Similarly, the plan for the development and implementation of E-Bidding in CDA was also approved. In the meeting of CDADWP, the road rehabilitation and widening project from Lehtrar Road Principal Gate No.1 to Gate No.3 was also approved.
