35 Scientists and Engineers Awarded Distinguished Service Medals at Chaklala Garrison

Rawalpindi: In a solemn ceremony today, Lieutenant General Yusuf Jamal, Director General of the Strategic Plans Division, awarded Distinguished Service medals to thirty-five eminent scientists and engineers. This award recognized their significant contributions and meritorious services under the Strategic Plans Division, representing a pivotal moment for the nation’s scientific community.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the Investiture Ceremony took place at Chaklala Garrison, where the Director General bestowed the honors on behalf of the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee.
