Islamabad, August 05, 2022 (PPI-OT):31 Senior Management Course officers visited Capital Development Authority Headquarters on Thursday. On this occasion, Chairman CDA welcomed the officers of 31 management courses and informed about the objectives and goals of CDA, including the details of the ongoing development projects in the city.
Further, 31 senior management course officers were told by the Chairman Capital Development Authority that the Capital Development Authority is working for the betterment of the city. He said that when the present management of CDA took charge, this organization was suffering from losses, but with better financial management and initiatives, CDA has now become a profitable organization. He said the Capital Development Authority sold less land than in the past but at a higher price per square yard.
He said that better financial management and better revenue collection have played an important role in stabilizing the financial position of the organization. He further informed that due to the strong financial position of the organization, work is being done to further improve the infrastructure of the city. Similarly, city-wide bus service has also been introduced and work on many public welfare projects will also be started soon.
