131 Absconders in Heinous Crimes Arrested by Islamabad Capital Police

Islamabad, In a major week-long operation, the Capital Police have taken into custody 131 individuals who had been absconding and were involved in severe criminal offenses.

According to a news release by Islamabad Capital Police, following directives from Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, senior police officials were specifically tasked to apprehend proclaimed offenders and absconders connected to severe criminal activities. The collaborative efforts of police teams from several stations, including Aabpara, Secretariat, Kohsar, and many others, resulted in the arrest of the 131 absconders within a week.

ICCPO Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan expressed his determination to eliminate crime from the city. He emphasized that individuals involved in heinous offenses would face strict consequences. Ensuring the safety and security of the residents remains the utmost priority for the Islamabad Capital Police, he added.
