Prime Minister Commends Pakistan Armed Forces at Quetta Address


QUETTA: Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif visited the Command & Staff College in Quetta, where he addressed the faculty and graduating officers. During his visit, the Prime Minister lauded the Pakistan Armed Forces for their exemplary performance in the operation Bunyanum Marsoos.



In his address, the Prime Minister praised the bravery and professionalism exhibited by the Armed Forces, highlighting their pivotal role in safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. He emphasized the sacrifices made by military personnel, which have earned them the nation’s highest accolades.



The Prime Minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to supporting the Armed Forces in their mission to protect the country. He stressed the importance of continued collaboration between all elements of national power to address challenges and pursue national interests effectively.



Addressing regional security concerns, the Prime Minister accused India of intensifying terrorism campaigns inside Pakistan through proxies following its defeat in the conflict Ma’rka-e-Haq. He expressed determination that these threats, referred to as Fitna al Hindustan, would be overcome by the Pakistani nation.



Upon his arrival at the Command & Staff College, Prime Minister Sharif was received by Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI (M).
