Lahore: A recent survey highlights the strong performance of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif in Punjab, with a majority of the population expressing approval of her governance over the past year.

According to Chief Minister of Punjab, 62% of respondents across 36 districts in Punjab rated Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s performance in governance and service delivery as exceptional. The report also indicates that 60% of the surveyed individuals believe her performance surpasses that of the other three provincial chief ministers.

The survey underscores significant improvements in key sectors under her leadership. Notably, the education sector saw a 73% improvement, while the health sector recorded a 68% enhancement. Additionally, there was a marked 15% improvement in education, 14% in health, and 11% each in road infrastructure and overall governance.

Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s administration also received commendations for addressing issues such as inflation control and enhancing employment opportunities, the survey findings. The report suggests that her efforts in these areas have contributed to the positive perception of her leadership among the people of Punjab.
